Laser Engraving
We provide laser engraving services for various materials and products, such as wood, metal, glass, leather, acrylic, paper and more. You can choose from our existing designs or provide us with your own images, logos, text and other content for laser engraving purposes. You are responsible for confirming the details in our artwork proofs and ensuring that you own or have the rights to use the images, text and logos included in your designs. We do not guarantee the results from the use of our service to be accurate or reliable. We provide this service on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Device Repairs
We provide repair services for phones, tablets and other devices, such as screen replacement, battery replacement, water damage repair, data recovery and more. You can book a service with us online or in-store, and we will provide you with a quote and an estimated time frame for the repair. You are responsible for backing up your data and removing any SIM cards, memory cards or accessories from your device before handing it over to us. We do not keep any of your data or personal information on your device. We may use refurbished parts or replace your device with a refurbished one of the same type rather than repairing it, depending on the availability and condition of the parts or devices.
IMPORTANT: Repair of your device/s may cause loss of any user-generated data. Please ensure that you have made a copy of any data saved on your device. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
Online Shopping
We sell various products on our website, such as laser engraved items, new and refurbished devices, accessories and more. You can browse, select and order products from our website, and we will process your order and deliver it to your nominated address. You can pay for your order using our secure payment methods, such as credit card, PayPal, Stripe or Afterpay. You can also track your order status and delivery progress on our website. You are responsible for providing us with accurate and complete information, such as your name, email, phone number, address and payment details, when placing your order. We are not liable for any errors, delays or losses caused by your incorrect or incomplete information.
Delivery and Installation
We offer delivery and installation services for some of our products, such as large or heavy items, or items that require professional installation. You can choose the delivery and installation option when placing your order on our website, and we will charge you an additional fee for this service. You can also choose the delivery date and time that suits you, subject to our availability and confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery and installation location is safe, accessible and suitable for the product. You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, consents or approvals for the delivery and installation. We are not liable for any damages, injuries or losses caused by your failure to comply with these requirements.
Warranty and After-Sales Support
We offer warranty and after-sales support for some of our products and services, subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer or supplier of the product or service. You can find the warranty and after-sales support information on our website, on the product or service page, or in the product or service manual or packaging. You can also contact us by phone, email, social media or other means if you have any questions, enquiries, requests, feedback or complaints about our products and services. We will try to resolve your issue as soon as possible and in accordance with the law. We may also refer you to the manufacturer or supplier of the product or service if we are unable to resolve your issue satisfactorily.
Pick-Up Policy
We want to ensure you have a smooth experience with us. Here are some details about our pick-up policy:
Device Retrieval Timeframe: Customers have a 3 month window starting from the initial notification to pick up their repaired device. In the event of multiple notifications or if we do not receive any communication from the customer, we reserve the right to proceed with appropriate disposal measures.
Late Fees: In case of delayed device pick-up, a recurring fee will apply, and it will be charged to the customer’s account on a weekly basis, starting from the first notification attempt regarding the device’s readiness for pick-up.
Changes to Terms: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they collect their device within the specified time frame and to maintain accurate contact information to receive timely notifications. Please be aware that we retain the right to make alterations or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Liability and Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, injury, claim or expense arising from or relating to your use of our products and services, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary, and whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, breach of statutory duty or otherwise. This exclusion applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, injury, claim or expense. To the extent that we cannot exclude our liability, our liability under consumer guarantee is limited to a refund of the cost of service provided or performing the service again, at the option of Timothy Enterprises Pty Ltd.
We do not warrant or guarantee that our products and services are accurate, complete, reliable, secure, error-free, virus-free, fit for a particular purpose or compatible with any device, system or software. We do not endorse or recommend any products or services that are advertised or linked on our website or app. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any products or services that are provided by third parties, such as manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, payment processors, marketing partners, analytics partners or other parties. Your use of our products and services is at your own risk and discretion.
Changes to Terms
We may change, modify, update or replace this TOS at any time and for any reason, without prior notice to you. The updated version of this TOS will be posted on our website or app, or sent to you by email or other notification. Your continued use of our products and services after the changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the updated TOS. If you do not agree with the updated TOS, please stop using our products and services.
